Through the trial form, we collect your name, work email and company name. You can also provide a phone number, your role, hiring volume and the job to fill. No other personal data is collected on this website without your consent.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used to handle your trial request and to get back to you. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and on pre-contractual steps you ask us to take.
Retention period
Messages are kept for a maximum of one year after our last exchange, then deleted.
Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold. Only the CandidAct team and our technical processors (hosting, Attio CRM) can access it, in compliance with the GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@candidact.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).
